Gentlemen of the Napoleonic Wargame Club,
it is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Colonel Steve Archer to the rank of Général de Brigade.

Général de Brigade Archer joined the club back in 2017 and since then has successfully fought several battles what today also earns him the L'Étoile Militaire.

I welcome Général de Brigade Archer to the ranks of the generals of the Grande Armée. It has been some time that such a promotion has happened, but I'm confided that the influx of many new and returning officers in the last year will make sure that this isn't the last announcement of this kind that I will have the pleasure to make this year.

General Hecht and Officers of La Grande Armee

Thank you for the promotion to General, I hope I lead France to Victory. Hopefully in my future battles I'm less General Mayhem.

To my esteemed and excellent Opponent Field Marshal Moss, I always look forward to doing battle and getting a promotion at the expense of the British is a bonus.
