Bonjour Mis Amis,

I am currently engaged in a Battle of Waterloo scenario ( # 43 ). Twice my opponent has been able to fire with multiple batteries at a stack of infantry that had no line-of-sight with the hex. The artillery was not designated with and (I) and fired with no scatter. What's up?

Should be impossible. If, for whatever reasons, your opponents artillery would be indirect fire capable then it would at least explain that, but then he should also have some scatter.

Indeed should be impossible.

Check you have the same version of the game. Also check one of you isn't using a mod - some of those cheerfully alter terrain slightly. I had a NRC mod that changed terrain slightly but significantly.
