Not a problem. If you come up with a solution, please share!

I run Fedora w/XFCE as the DE. Light, easy, fun, and easy to configure. Ive tried it all, but Fedora seems to be the right amount of new with the right amount of stable.

FYI, I have played JTS/WDS games without any issues, CrossOver 22+macOS Monterey, MacBook Air 2017.

Luc,

Are you playing the Squad Battles, or the Naval series WDS games? I cannot play the naval games with Play on Mac/Play on Linux, and while the Squad Battles will open, the graphics are incorrect colors, I presume due to WDS changing from BMP to PNG images. Apparently the Play on Mac/Linux program cannot display them correctly.

I have tried the titles below without issues:
WDS Napoleon's Russian Campaign 4.06
WDS The Final Struggle demo 4.06
JTS Campaign Leipzig 1.05

WDS Mius '43 demo 4.03

Dear Todd,

It seems the Squad Battles and the Naval series use different formats compared with the Napoleonic Battles and PzC series.
I will try if I have a chance in the future, will keep you posted.
