Gentlemen of the Napoleonic Wargame Club,
it is my pleasure to announce that the corps commander Maréchal d'Empire Pete Russo

is awarded with the Légion d'honneur 3 for having passed 750 Administrative Points. These were mainly gained by his service as corps commander of the 4ème Corps d'Armée.

As recognition of his contribution, not only to the French side but also the Napoleonic Wargame Club, this award is well deserved.
