Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Have the terrain graphics for the HPS games ever been addressed. I find that the terrain is so dark that I cannot play at all in 3-d. Does anyone know if there has ever been any attempts to correct this?

I seem to recall that you can use the graphics files of The War of 1812 instead, which are a lot lighter in color. It seems to work.

Update: I tried this patch and it works just fine. I have been annoyed by the dark and coarse-grained ground colors in Eckmuhl too. This here is a major improvement.

And you can of course use the 3D ground, water, streams, trees, etc mods that have been made for the HPS ACW games as well. That's the beauty of these games: the files can very often be swapped between the different games/series [8D]
