Post subject:  Napoleonic Empires Game -- Inputs?

I got the following email about a play by email game, which actually looked interesting - see the web site. Anyone have any experience with it? Hard to believe someone has made this available for "free". Comments?

I checked out the web site and the yahoo group. If it's legit, perhaps they would host a game among NWC members.

<i><b>Im a fellow wargamer, and my gaming group is looking for a few more players for the next game of Napoleonic Empires, a great multiplayer strategy game. All you need to play is email and your computer, as there is no cost (and no ads or anything either). You can check out the game out and sign up at:

Jim, I'll keep you all posted. It will most likely be fine on ME as they said it will run on all Windows Versions. I think it was just an oversight that they didn't mention ME by name.

Hello
It seems it is not a free game. It seems to cost 1,99$ a week. If you don't pay, you don't have all features of the game.
The explanation on the site is not clear though. A won't pay for a site that does not explains clearly what I got for my money.
It is a shame, because this game seems very nice otherwise.
