so I read home rules I haven't see any rule about infantry going near cavalry
is there none?
2nd point:
if i do understand objective points count if there is a victory of one of the players and do not if there is draw?

There are no restrictions about infantry approaching cavalry. In the case of a draw, objective points do not count in determining the casualty point differential.
