Hello All,
I am a new member who has some questions,
Why do you have to join an army,

If you join an army, e.g Allies, can you not play French/Prussians in games,

Does this club have ladders showing win/losses or points?

Sorry if these are stupid questions!
Lord Jim.

We join certain armies, part of it is for role play, organization, history and such. I guess you could say we have a ladder system of sorts, we keep track of wins and losses and each army/Corps has its own record keeping, plus there are those that keep records on all. When you battle, you do not always have to fight as the side you joined, it depends on if it is a manuever or maybe a mirror match. It depends on the person you are fighting and what you all agree to. Unless it comes to tournaments, then it might say who you are when you fight. I hope this helps, and I have not stirred you wrong.

Yes you can play any side you want, but typically at this Nappy club the Allied Armies play the Alled forces and the French play the French. I know of other clubs that you can play anyside with anyone for full credit regardless of what side you are on.
