Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

I own all games too, BG and HPS. Now I only play HPS ones for the same reasons as Dierk really. I wasn't that good at the BG nappy games (sucked big time [xx(]) and never learnt them fully.[:I] The only thing I do miss with the BG ones are the nicer graphics, but with the new Waterloo game even that has improved 80%.[^]

Plus I enjoy the HPS games much more.[:)]

I still like playing BG games the best, but I also have all the HPS games to and alot of Mods plus other Napoleonic games hay I just like Napoleonic's alot [;)]

I have all the BG and HPS games. I like both systems but lean towards HPS.

Similar to what Antony said, the one phase play & A.D.F. make it somehow seem more realistic. You make a move....your opponent responds, you fire...again you get an instant response and there is no particular order for executing the phases.

Both systems have their good and bad points but a lot of time and hard work have gone into both.
