I updated the tops (French officers's top, Allied Officers'top and NWC officers'top) at http://perso.wanadoo.fr/yann.lamezec/2divleg.htm

The news is I include in these tops all officers who have at least 15 vps. And there are a little more french than allied players in this case [:D]

The leader of french top change again. Jeff Bardon take again the 1st place. Congratulations to him.
