Wagram 1.05 and Eckmuhl 1.09 are ready to download at:

Changes were to standardize the PDT files. There were many differences in values from one game to the next.

The Italian scenarios from Eckmuhl were showing one gun lost. John showed me in the .scn file where the mistake was and that has been corrected in all Italian scenarios.

The new rule for weather is in both games but no PDT files are available yet. They will come in the next patch when I have had time to gather sufficient weather data for both games.

You can turn the Skirmisher Overruns OFF as well in the Optional Rules.

Are there any issues with applying the updates to games in progress?

Nothing that would stop the games from working.

In some of the Wagram OBs for instance the Austrian Cuirassiers were corrected to be heavy cav. Other changes included adding in pioneers to scenarios but if you have already started a scenario that wont impact your game.

The big change was to standardize the PDT files. Some of the fire values were different in some of the PDT files. MP rates too. Again that shouldnt stop your game from working.

Any chance of allowing Supply wagons to have the option of counting toward victory points in the next patch? (It's a feature that's in Shiloh and has just been carried over into the patched ACW engine, originally from EAW)

Rich - VPs for supply wagons doesnt thrill me as much as the seven things I just sent John to incorporate some time in a future patch.

Cant hit him with too many things at once. Send a note to Rich at the HPS Support email account with this suggestion. Good place for this kind of stuff to go. Trying to cut way down on my forum posting as I am super busy with church and home projects.

Hey Bill,

There may be some mistakes in the recent Eckmuhl and Wagram Patches OOBs for the Austrians, unless my eyes are playing tricks on me, for an example Austrian 6th Hussars and 3rd Chevauleger rated as Heavy? are these considered to be elite cavalry? I don't know I'm only asking...yet in the Zniam.oob the 6th Hussars and 3rd Chevauleger are class as light?

anyway...any chance you checking of the following, I could be wrong if so my apologies to you Sir [:)]

I like them rated thusly. For those familiar with Empire minature rules there was a battle cavalry status for units that had a history of being effective on the battlefield. It had nothing to do with size.

The H rating in these games can be awarded to units that had a habit of 'heavy' hitting.

I will reevaluate this. That was why I had the Chevaulegers #3 rated that way. Was a gamey way to do it I know but as you point out Al that was my rationale.
