Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

I have come up with a chant I use which I hope works in my recent game with Tomasz (playtest game). Its:

"I wont get run over."

"I wont get run over."

"I wont get run over."

So far its working!

Of course its only turn 4,5 or 6 in our game! [:D]

Tomasz is one of the only guys I have never beat in a game. This goes way back to my active NIR days. I just couldnt beat him.

So now that I can set the parameters in the game, add in tons of reinforcement groups and basically give my troops great firepower and superb maneuverability .... will it make a difference?

Probably not!

Pulling out my Charlie Brown outfit for turn 22. By then he probably will be eating out of my supply wagons! [:p]

I am a firm believer that my favorite game turn against Tomasz is turn #1! I always have a good feeling about playing him then. If we ever made it to turn 22 in a NIR game I have forgotten.

Which leads to a trivia question: have you ever played out the full 44 turns in a NIR battle and how did it go?

have you lost your mind? Using Tomasz as a playtester so he gets advanced intel on the new battles? That will make life rough for the rest of us when the game comes out.

How about if after all playtesting is done I place all of the scenarios in a jar, shake them up really good and then send them to John for inclusion in the game. That should help you Allies out![:D]
