Gentlemen,

It's with great honor and pleasure that I announce the promotion of one anglo-dutch officer for his excellent duty on the battlefield.

· Mr <u>Bill SPITZ</u>, cmd of <font color="red">1st bn/27th Regiment</font id="red">, 10th Inf brigade (detached), II Corps, to the rank of <font color="yellow">2nd Lieutenant </font id="yellow">
