Sirs,

I think it is neat everytime we meet someone who has an actual connection with the past. It is not too often that we meet them in the hobby of that past. The Prussian Armee is fortunate to have one of it's members whom had not one but two ancestors in the Napoleonic Wars, one of whom Commanded a Brigade at Waterloo.

This Prussian Armee Officer below gave me some scans he had on his ancestors and I post them now on the Prussian website for all to read. It is a source of pride for him, so much that he has assumed for club use his ancestors name, and I am glad he is with us!

Thanks Ron, that is quite an honor!!

Footnote: I think it would be neat if Bill or Rich in the next Waterloo update clipped out Ron's correct ancestor who was at Waterloo, verify it with him and then amend the game so that the real picture is with the right man! Is that possible guys? I think it would be a great honor. [:D]

That is up to Rich or Charlie. I am not connected in any way with Waterloo. Accurate pics are a nice touch. Have him send it to Rich.
