The A/I logic was enhanced to help with bridge crossings, but not repair. I made an adjust to the initial brigde strength to allow supply wagons to cross without the need to repair the bridge. Some scns require repair and that fact is mentioned in the scn description, but for the others, I fixed the...

Bill, you can make cav dance if you want. Just a quick change to the pdt will fix your problem. Just like the blue pill fixed your other problem. [;)] Just kidding! Rich White, Remember, you did a company battle for Atlanta, the Battle for Dallas. But, in truth, it's tiring trying to do both. I'm ge...

Hi, I know of at least three more in developement. But we take one day at a time. As far as the age goes, my comment is simple. These games are intended to model 2D board games, with a taste of 3D minitures added for good measure. We are always tweaking items to improve all areas, including the A/I....

BTW, Mike may not have seen my original comment clearly. I said (except for routed enemy units) By that I mean enemy routed units would not prevent movement in any direction. But Mike's second point about melee would be better then nothing. Lt. Col. Richard Walker I Corps Army of the M...

That's easily done in the editor. Don't expect that to be an official update. BTW, the long expect ACW series updates will come shortly after the new ACW release. Just a little while longer (I hope) Lt. Col. Richard Walker I Corps Army of the Mississippi 2nd Brigade, 3rd Division "Defenders of Tenne...

Many players ignore FA. I'm quilty Suppose the engine would not allow units with a FA of say 400 or 500 to move closer to an enemy (except for routed enemy units)? Much like a routed unit cannot move closer to an enemy. Good, bad or ugly Lt. Col. Richard Walker I Corps Army of the Mississippi 2nd Br...

I'll start [:p] B Why you ask? On any single shot, the game allows "mostly" realistic loses. Having ssaid that, I believe it's the complete disregard for the lives of our computer men that results in the staggering loses. Mind you, the engine can always use a good tweak, but I still pick "B" Lt. Col...

Be honest Which is more responsible (pick one) for high game loses?? A) The game engine B) Human armchair general disregard (since we don't have to write letters home to the fallen brave) Lt. Col.
