| I say 'Yes'. After all you are spotting an entire unit or units (not usually a few men) so it could be up to 1,000 men that you are 'seeing'. Not that hard in a 125 yard square area. Also, they could get inventive in what was done in order to spot the enemy. In William J. Miller's 'Mapping for Ston... |

| This thought occurred to me. Some maps have thick wooded areas and in certain areas those inside these areas can see out over considerable distances. OK, this seems right to me. BUT, should those on the outside be allowed to see into a wooded hex? For example, the Chickamauga map has a lot of wooded... |

| "...if you trust them that completely then why even use a password?" I use them only to prevent accidentally opening a move when it's my opponents turn. I always use the same file name for every move and if I mis-save my opponents move to me and thus accidentally open up the old file I se... |

| If we could have EFoW without LoS restrictions I would use it because I like the uncertainty that other things in EFoW provide. 100% agree. ExFoW isn't all bad but it's largest drawback is the LoS restrictions. These are unnecessary and useless as there is a simple workaround that everyone can/does... |

| The fact you can't see the viewable hexes when using it makes it preferable not to use it. I have to pull up the same scenario in a different window without the Extreme Fog of War in order to view the hexes I can see from a certain hex I don't occupy. I know some will say that isn't in the spirit o... |

What are your pros and cons? |

I guess I have to ask, why are club rules needed in the first place? Why not make rule 6.1.1.3 a "house rule?"
I imagine it is because people forget to ask the relevant questions and then bitch about it after the fact. Well sir, I did not know you could do that! |

| I know that the club does not allow a player to remove units from the map for the sole purpose of avoiding a loss in VPs. The only legit reason, that I am aware of, is for players to remove units from a predesignated exit hex. But what about this scenario? Since any player can view the scenario ahea... |

| Generally speaking, because leaders can be used in a somewhat gamey fashion. I made the design decision to rarely use SICs in a battle at the same time. Same with leaders for artillery. I rarely have even FICs for artillery. |

Fixed: I removed the [159,0] entrance chance. |

| The Wauhatchie scenarios always seemed off to me. Campaign Chickamauga - scenarios 77 to 80 inclusive. The Yanks start off with 1500 men (Cobham's PA Bde & Ireland's New Yorkers) and the Rebs (Jenkins' SC Bde) start off with 1200 men plus. The Yanks get 4 Napoleons also. Ireland's Brigade is fi... |
