Richard, I also like your idea and would like to see it implemented. Playing mostly MP games myself, I would also like to be able to click on a leader and be able to hit the "next unit" button and have the game scroll through only those units under his control. When you are playing large b... |

Not sure if it has been discussed anywhere else (and if so, pardon this post), but the ability to have an enemy eliminated if you melee'd him with friendly units in the 3 hexes in back of the defending unit, and one friendly unit in the front if you won the melee is no longer valid in version 4.05.4... |

I echo all of the above - IMHO, although there are a lot of guys that put in a ton of time for the club (and thanks to you guys also), the vote for the first winner of this award should not have even been close. Great job Blake and thanks for all you do for the ACGWC. It is surely a much better orga... |

Thanks Blake. Finally had time to download the demo and check it out. This will be great! The variable speeds, the pause, all of it good. Can't wait to get it into all the other games. |

Nothing like a timely response to this string (10 years), but does anyone still have the sound mods discussed here? If so, do you think they would still work after all this time?
Thanks in advance for any info. |

Bumping this one up as I have always wished we could pause a long replay - ability to do that could actually save some marriages (Wife: "Come here, I need you." Me: "Wait a minute, I'm in the middle of a long Gettysburg replay." Wife: "You'll get over her right now if you kn... |

I also am a long time member and am truly grateful I found the ACWGC way back in 2005. I remember buying HPS's Peninsula six months or so earlier and thinking how cool it was playing the game on a computer. I had owned a pretty complex board game "Battle of Gettysburg" back in my college d... |

Scott, Thanks for all the info, makes me realized that we screwed up by only allowing 2 days in Gettysburg. Will definitely have to plan a return trip. Would be great if he could meet you there - if nothing else, we owe you a beer (or two or three :) ) for all the work you did in gathering all the i... |

Thanks for the pics Scott. Horse tour booked for me and my two buddies that are going with me. Any help on places to stay, and anything else (from you or anyone else that would care to chime in) would be appreciated. As a side note, I see that temps in Gettysburg area have been in mid 90's this past... |

Rich, Links to the two tours are as follows: https://confederatetrails.com/ and https://www.hickoryhollowfarm.com/ Not sure which would be better, but leaning to the one with "confederate" in its name for obvious reasons :-) Are you planning on going to Gettysburg anytime soon? I will be t... |
