I have the game. The battlefield rendering is amazing...and while it's fun to actually see the lines marching across the fields of Gettysburg, it is maddening watching some of the evolutions that the units make. It's also next to impossible to keep a unit together, as they drift hither and thither. ... |

As history's pendulum continues to swing, it is interesting to see someone like Lee's name creep into a discussion of over-rated Generals. I honestly doubt, that 40 years ago such a thought was even possible. Having said that, he most certainly had to be over-rated, if for no other reason than that ... |

My thanks, at this unexpected promotion. I certainly hope that I can prove as useful as this rank would indicate. |

Funny. I was writing an article much like this. For the life of me, I cannot understand how Ewell can be faulted for not doing on his side of the hill, so to speak, what Lee himself felt was impossible from his, and AP Hill's side. Especially considering that Anderson's division arrived before Johns... |

Don, Well said. For one, I am not much of a politician, and luckily, most of the drama, and or powerplay stuff, I am ignorant of. (Not to say that I'm naive enough to think that it doesn't exist.) I do enjoy playing the games, and helping to create the games that we all enjoy. I can rememeber the da... |

Outstanding site guys! Welll done. I have destroyed over 2,000 barns filled with wheat, hay and farming implements; over 70 mills filled with flour and wheat, and have driven in front of the Army over 4,000 head of stock and have killed and issued to the troops not less than 3,000 sheep.
