As one of those playtesters I can verify that there was a lot of "discussion" about aspects of the game. I think John and Ken ended up with a pretty good product.

Actually I think it does make sense. The last thing I think we need to see is this forum turned into political debating forum rather then concentrating on discussing the games or the war itself.

The whole idea of the CoA's is that they are the top representative of their respective side and that is why they are elected by that side only and have the veto, or at least that is my understanding of the matter.

Hate to tell you this but I read Rhea's book. Have a pretty good idea what's down those roads. Have a feeling the Union player knows Longstreet isn't going to be there until morning of next day.
