I know this is (at least mostly) a computer gaming club, but - has anyone else come across Flying Pig Games and their ACW offerings? I must say, I'm impressed with the artwork and the time put into the ruleset. So far they only have Gettysburg, Pipe Creek, and Chickamauga out, but I'm hoping they ke... |

Wow... I disappear for a while because my laptop died and I had family issues that have been taking most of my time, and when I come back there are posts about combining two training academies, changing membership rules, and a whole bunch of stuff.... Hope everyone is doing well. Now that i finally ... |

i'm finally back in the gaming saddle (laptop bit the dust a year or more ago and I had more pressing matters to attend to than resuming gaming). Hope this finds all well. I honestly enjoy the MP gaming more than the 1v1 gaming. I get frustrated with some of the solo tactics I see, as well as that I... |

Just ran across a possible bug in the Gettysburg module (4.03)... Initiated melee with one unit of J. Davis's brigade against 1 Union cavalry unit. Davis was with the unit meleeing. Result of the melee was that the Union cavalry unit was eliminated. Somehow, J Davis was captured during this... Does ... |

This one will be a while in completing I plan to start with the games I currently have, and then add the rest over time, and play through EVERY historical scenario, keeping track of casualties for both sides, as well as leaders Killed, Wounded, or Captured. We'll see who has the fewest casualties by... |

Just finished watching "Field of Lost Shoes" with my wife, first time I'd ever seen it. If you haven't ever heard of it / seen it, it is the story of the battle of New Market, VA during the North's invasion of the Shenandoah Valley in 1864. The corps of cadets at the Virginia Military Inst... |
