I'm game for some Western Theater action. I'll send a courier over with some suggestions this evening. If you have found your opponent already just let me know. I might even try a Franklin scenario to really put myself in a panicked sweat.

Thanks for the pics. I just recently picked ups AGEODS Napoleonic campaigns series and it does look intimidating, but looks like a good balance between detail, ease of use, and realism. Do the Rebels have any sort of bonuses to help them counteract the Union advantage in logistics and supply?

Reporting for muster! 1 multiplayer, 1 campaign, and 1 battle in progress, with 1 maneuver about to start. I want to sign up for the tournament but I think my plate is full if I am to return all my games in a timely fashion.

Gen. McOmish sent it over and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this mod, the battle noises sound very realistic. Wish I could thank Col. Hawkins for his work.

I remember reading sometime back around the release of HPS Overland that HPS was planning on releasing two more games after Overland. Now I apologize if ya'll have already discussed this on the forum, but I was wondering which two general campaigns would be the focus of these. I think one of them wi...

A salute for Gen. McOmish for his admirable service. I am glad there are officers such as yourselves with both the commitment and passion for this club and our cause to serve as our CoA. Congratulations and a salute to Gen. Hulinsky as well. Thank you both for your contribution and service.

Thanks for the in-depth analysis! I will give this game a thorough look over as I am wanting to get a strategic game to complement my current collection of tactical games. Many times, the actions taken before a battle took place was what determined who would have a good shot at a victory.

I for one prefer Weak ZOC, principally for eliminating checkerboard defense and for what I feel the unrealistic 'lock-down' 1 regiment can project over 3 regiments to its front. 1 regiment would be able to control its immediate front, about 125 yards wide, meanwhile 3 attacking regiments approaching...

Very interesting! As I am fighting against Lt. Lichtenberg around Glendale in the Peninsula, I hope his tactical skill does not match his knowledge of Civil War era firearms. Whatever the windage is on his damned yankee artillery it is working, lost 11 guns already.

I am have just joined the VMI class of 2013 and will fondly remember my times in those revered halls. My pending assignment to a command is eagerly awaited, but...
