| Hey Phil. I do not believe there is any way in a game to change the order of battle or assignment of units. Historically, some regiments were not attached to brigades (and sometimes brigades operated independent and unattached themselves). |

| Still, it's rather academic. In all the games I've played only two have had Rout Limiting unchecked. It's a good rule for simulation but almost no-one will play with it unchecked, even in 'Equal Force' battles. It's a great rule for a better simulation but rarely used.
