While English was never my fine subject and understanding seems to be vague to me I would agree that Cabinet nominations be spread out to have a more consistent flow for the club. The rank of GiC should remain a higher rank, just so there is a better understanding of the rules. Hope this makes sense...

Anyone no where to find information on this topic? Playing A scenario in Shiloh. The have a range (pointing in the wrong direction) and cannot move.
