General Blake has got the blood alcohol level incorrect. It is 0.3 for the ANV, but in the CSA AoT the minimum blood alcohol level is 5.8% Hey now sirrr........there aint no blood in my… *hiccup* ...alcohol content, my booze is just fine ya see....now, stop being all two of you and such.....twins. ...

I prefer the phase method that allows for a Fire/Movement combined phase and a seperate melee phase. These are all completed in one exchage and sent like a 'turn'.
