I did hear from WDS that you do NOT need to finish your games before updating to 4.05. As long as you and your opponent update, it will work normally. I have not tested this myself but have no reason to doubt it is true. WDS said they will notate when/if there is an issue in this regard. Should you...

I saw this today and IMHO it's a good update. Resize dialogue boxes & PDT remain open in game. Major addition I believe and long sought. WDS did well for my money.

Gentlemen, I would ask all members to join me in offering congratulations to General Nick Kunz on receipt of his third Warrior Medal, on completion of 601 games. This is no mean achievement and unique, I believe, within the Club. Congratulations General Kunz, well played, Sir. https://static.wixstat...

Congrats gentlemen! Excellent work, and if I may say, well deserved recognition. I propose that General McEntegart join me in the celebration and buys the next round of drinks? Gentlemen <salute> Congratulations on the awards and very well deserved also. As proposed by General Reneau, the Army of T...

All good points above and agreed but, it is noted, I believe, in the CWB manual, that there is a 'halo' around an Entry Hex and which would indicate, at the very least, an element of caution, in sitting a unit on top of it

Bill,

I forgot to mention that getting the Gettysburg title will provide you access to all the BGG 2024 scenarios created by Blake, either within the 2024 Challenge or as standalone PBEM games also, what's not to like.

Hello Bill, welcome back Sir.

Chickamauga is a highly recommended game and should, I suggest, be amongst your proposed purchases.

The 'Rebs' Sir, were sitting around, and indeed continue to do so, blazing fires in warm cosy taverns when the Union were still camping outdoors under canvas.

Gentlemen,

The WDS 'Game of the Week', as doubtless many of you will have seen, is Panzer Battles 1941. Berto (Robert Osterlund) was the Lead Programmer in that title, a fitting tribute by WDS I believe.
