| 3. IMO to cross a bridge you must be in column so the Tactic of defending 1 hex back from the bridge is GAMEY IMO Because the column unit Movement points go to zero as soon as they cross I just finished a game (won by my esteemed opponent) during which I was defending right at a bridge. The Battle (skirmish?) of Corydon. Indiana Home Guard units took on John Hunt Morgan and his raiders after they crossed the Ohio River in July 1863. I grew up just down the road from there.
My first significant battlefield was Fort Ticonderoga in summer 1978. |
