Hello Gentlemen,

I will play as a yank unfortunately the only game I have is Antietam.

Does everyone have this game?

And do you want to play a short scenario 20 turns or a longer scenario 40 turns?

Thank you, gentlemen, for your replies. I am pleased to hear that an unattached unit can recover from disruption and has other benefits that a divisional or army commander such as Beauregard or Johnston in Antietam can provide. It's important for the junior players to know this since they may improp...

Gentlemen, I'm playing Antietam's First Bull Run scenario 003 v.1 and the scenario starts off with some unattached regiment troops. Is there a way to assign/attach these troops to a brigade or division? I thought I read somewhere that this is possible, but I am thinking that it doesn't apply to this...

If you're unit is fatigued and you want it to recover what is the best way? I read not to move the unit nor do battle but the manual is vague about changing facing position. If you change facing position, is it considered a move? I'm assuming so . Is it do nothing, and just wait? Does a nearby leade...

My first battlefield was Valley Forge. Great memories of going there as a child. My first ACW battlefield was Gettysburg. I have visited Gettysburg 2 or 3 times and learn something new each time. I’m planning on making another trip.

Hi Paul, Thanks for the welcome. Sorry I wrote the wrong title, the name of the miniature rule set of Sons of the Desert. It's my friends rule set and we played a scenario based on the Sahara Desert 1888. The rule set was completely lopsided as I was outnumbered 10 to 1 and outflanked. Thanks for th...
