1. When breastworks are 'built', it is obvious which side that they protect because a breastwork goes up on that particular hexside. However, when trenches are 'built', the trench appears down the middle of the hex. Does the trench protect against all sides of the hex? Yes, can verify this from tes... |

Col. Seidl, There actually were a lot of I-Go; U-Go games in the early days of pc gaming. As you mentioned there were several tactical games, then there was the V for Victory series which was brigade/division level as I recall. Several naval games both surface and carrier actions and one of my favor... |

How will the players know if the scenario is using Standard Objective, Variable Objective, Per Turn Accrual, or Variable Per Turn Accrual? Will it be noted in the Parameter Table or the Scenario Description or by some other means such as the color of the VP hex? Sheesh you keep making more work for... |

An Exit Objective should only be placed on the boundary of the map. Exit Objectives award points to the side assigned... |

The Engineering site has been updated. I added a page covering how I ran my Tessier MP Games for anyone interested in the subject. I have to mention this was done as a result of Gen. Mallory talking me into helping him learn how to run one and the two of us co-operating on a short game in 2019. It a... |

Received this for Christmas, had taken my family to Gettysburg on several of my annual visits and my daughter knew of my interest in Longstreet from us visiting his statue when they finally put one up for him there in 1998. Author Cory Pfarr presents evidence refuting the myth created by the 'Lost C... |

Santa brought the wife a new pc for Xmas 20 years ago, whenever it comes time for an update she gets the new one, I get the old one for gaming. Then again we still live in our 7 room house and have the office space for 2 desks separated by a bookcase. The perils of apartment living. |

Haven't tried WBTS, bought CWII several years ago, was turned off by all the political junk in the game. Don't currently have any JTS games on my wish list, thinking about trying out WBTS for the Matrix Xmas sale price. IMHO the Best ACW strategic game ever produced was The Civil War by Victory, a f... |
