If you're playing Battleground you just don't click ok and you can leave the PC for a bit. With the HPS games I think you can do the same thing if you turn off the Continous Action option in the Settings Menu Lt.Gen.Ken Miller Veteran's Divsion VIII / AoS http://home.comcast.net/~krmiller8/images/AB... |

Dierk,
I believe that the line is
Union Bde, Reb Bde, Union Div, Reb Div
which makes the union range 2 for Brigade and 4 for division.

Bill, Not into Combat Mission although I do have a few of the PzC games I prefer the ACW games. I'm the yankee Ken Miller that beat you 2 out of 3 ACW games a few years back when you were a BGen in the AoA. Due to real world problems of some players we are in need of a couple additional officers for the MP game I'm running. You can find more information at http://home.comcast.net/~krmiller8/mp2/ on the idea behind the game and the rules and mechanics of how it is done. We currently need replacements fo... |

Well, Ken see your gonna join the dark side again. [;)]
Oh well probably just as well, with two Ken Miller's in the union army we'd really confuse the rebs. [:)]

Ah a voice from the past, hope you're doing well Ken. This time maybe it would be you being confused for me. [:D] As to HPS Gettysburg, it has some problems, open to some ahistorical tactics IMO but if you find someone who plays the same way as you do I would say its an improvement, the larger maps ... |

Being a Pa boy, I've been going to Gettysburg since I was a teenager, only a 4 hour drive for me. Took the wife there for our first vacation together and she liked it so much we've made it a regular stop. Joined a group about 16 years ago, Friends of the National Park at Gettysburg. They raise money... |

Recently received an email from this gentlemen asking my input on the HPS games. When I attempted to reply to the address on the email "Russ Daley" <nsr02@comcast.net> I got failuer to deliver notices from both my email services. Checked the ACWGC rosters and he's not listed on any of them. If any o... |

Only problems I had with XP was installing BGC, had to download the exe file that does away with the security check. Have had the SP2 since it was released and no problems with BG or HPS games.

Alright Lieutenant, figure I can probably manage one more game, if 2-3 turns a week is ok. I have played the BGB full battle scenarios several times and am really not interested in playing games I've already won several times. If you're interested I haven't played Bgb 02-06-07-10-14-15-16 and would ... |

Still have some of those SSI games and get them out once in a while. Unfortunately that was before PBEM came along but they were good systems, even though they were on a demi-brigade level. Too bad someone didn't copy the command system from them, better officers moved their units full while bad one... |
