OK to make it easy I loaded updated zipfiles with the 3 sets of Gettysburg large map scenarios I have to the Engineering page. Getty_TSS_Blitz - this is the original version I downloaded from the Blitz several years ago. The only thing I changed in the scenario was I fixed a missing release time for...

At issue there - was the elevation levels ended up blowing up the graphics assignments. It was 0 at sea level, but many many levels higher in the mountains. I don't think an editor would fix that at all, unless you wanted take slices out of it - and then in most parts go and reassign all of the ele...

Complete title is All Roads Led to Gettysburg: A New Look at the Civil War's Pivotal Battle Wouldn't fit in the subject line. Troy Harmon also wrote "Lee's Real Plan at Gettysburg" so this is the second book of his in my collection. I found it interesting, he looks at the battle from the l...

I had many discussions with Berto while compiling the 2021 updates to the CWB Manuals, on the forums, in emails and in person on Zoom sessions while working with him on the updates he made to the series. He was very helpful in clearing things up and answering some of the questions about the game tha...

Gentlemen, With the retirement of Gen. Joe Meyer the Union Army webpages had lost their primary administrator for the Eagles Online site. I had been assisting Joe with the updates by handling the AotS webpages, and I have been doing most of the updates for the UA pages since his retirement. I have be...

MG Kowal, So far I have not had a problem loading the files on my 4.04.1 version. What happens when you try to open them ? This helps determine the problem. If the BG files are loading ok and you are only having trouble with the Equal Force scenarios the only thing different is the OOB and PDT files...

I remember when George joined the club. was assigned to the AotS and would serve in the VI Corps there until it was discontinued, he was always active and served as a Division CO for several years.
Had the pleasure of meeting him at TIller Con.

My respects and condolences to his family.

Brigadier General Dwain Cunningham, Email on the way, I picked Weather_MS_Johnston invades Ky (v.1).scn, 86 turns. I have never played it, appears like it should be pretty even numbers wise. Since you did not specify Mode I set it as Turn Mode with all my selected options, plus your requested Extrem...

It's a new year and I want to add a game. Post is a bit long so if you're not willing to use the Artillery Capture option you can stop here, I don't play without it. With the 4.04 update removing the requirement to have a unit on the captured gun to keep the VP's I see no reason not to use it. Willi...

Hi Karl, Being new to the club, I will have to figure out how to find emails as well. I look forward to your email and will try to send you an email as well. Regards, Wallace Lt. Welder, Often you'll find emails from new senders in your Junk or Spam folder, best way to fix this is to add them to Co...

Standard procedure in the ACW was the senior officer in the command moved up when an officer went down during a battle. Afterwards he may retain the position or be returned to his previous command depending upon the availability of a replacement, seniority and the wishes of the direct commander. All...

Doesn't matter whether the battlefield had stations or not. Our local park has cans every 100 yards or less and signs everywhere to pick up after your dog but you still have to watch where you walk. Bad enough when the dog goes in the grass but I often see a pile on the trails the city put in. Same ...
