Just to put in another plug for Berg's regimental games. Any time I have a game clearout, those (old or new) *never* get sold. The command rules are a must, and I'm a big fan of the newer "chit draw" system of movement. Selecting a brigade to move and then having the brigade commander decide to do s...

Hamilton! Hamilton! Hamilton!!! That's what I meant. Honest. [:I] My dance card is about all I can handle as my gaming time continues to slip in and out of consciousness. [:(] But I could handle something *very* small. Maj Gen Sean Turner 3rd Cavalry Division, "The Bishop's Men" I Corps Army of Alab...

Hi Frank,

Just send an email to Rich Walker (as I'm about to do!), and he'll set you up. [8D]

Me too -- I believe he does have to do a lot of business travelling, tho, and can be gone for extended periods of time.

The engineer finally brought the correct fan, so computer is now up and running. Slowly catching up on game files, so if you've been waiting one should be appearing in your Inbox in the next couple of days!

<sigh> Apparently it's the heat sink, or so they think. We'll now find out on Wednesday... In the meanwhile, I have everything set up on my laptop *except* Corinth 1.01a. So any normal campaign/scenario files that are sent to me I can respond to. If you're waiting for a file from me, please resend t...

Just started re-watching this, and already addicted all over again. So I was wondering...

...if they did a "Band of Brothers" type docu-drama miniseries on a Civil War unit, which would you choose?

Yes, it's the fan. Engineer is booked for Monday. I upgraded the power supply to handle the new graphics card, and whammo! Fan could no longer do the job... [8]

As if I need another delay, my computer has bitten the big one. Engineer doesn't come until Monday, so no files until then. It's decided to run at up to 100 degrees (C)! Or rather...run too hot and shut down... Maj Gen Sean Turner 3rd Cavalry Division, "The Bishop's Men" I Corps Army of Alabama

It's happened to most if not all of us. I just restart the turn, and do everything as nearly the same and in the same order as possible, and then proceed from there. Sometimes the results will change, but that's OK. I wouldn't use what I had learned before and do something different. My .02 (before ...

After 3 glorious months at home in the American South (aka God's Country), lots of home cooking, and even a fair amount of sun, I have returned to the UK and am slowly getting caught up on my outstanding games. So if you've been waiting for a file from me since the Spring, I should have one to you b...

To my opponents --

I've come down with something called Labyrinthitis. No game turns until the room stops spinning.

Just keep telling yourself, "I love what I do! I love what I do!"

Alternatively, lock yourself in a room with a koala, a paper towel, and a fork. Best stress relief I've ever found. [:D]

OK, it happened AGAIN! Hex of 3 infantry units, this time I occupied 5 of them with the 6th ZOC'ed. 2 of the 3 defenders were in column, and the 6th hex was in the front of all of them. Win the melee, and they retreat into the open hex! [:0] The common element to both events was an (isolated) infant...

Regret to report a Union minor victory at Honey Springs. The game ended with all but 4 Reb units routed. [B)]
