Lt. Lanuza <salute>
Congratulations and welcome to the Club!
I must warn you that I became acquainted with Lt. Greenley many years ago. He was a young fox then, he's a very wily old fox now.
We are quite pleased to have him on our side of the fence.
Good luck sir! |

Col. Nelson <salute> Your point is well taken, made even more so by the fact the hex size is 125 yards not 145. I have often used this limitation as an agreed to house rule as I know you have. It would surely be a good optional rule when, if ever, JTS invests the time into updating the rules for the... |

Welcome Cadet Terhune!
We at 5th Corps look forward to helping you shed the bad habits and false expectations that may have been instilled by great victories against the AI.
Best regards, |

Took me a while to figure out where to find the additional MP cost of moving adjacent to a unit that has deployed skirmishers. This is found in the PDT table for the scenario.

Gentlemen <salute> Lt. Ross and I first met when a group of us got a Wargaming Club going in Corvallis, Oregon where I was attending Oregon State University. Scott is quite correct, Ross got me through my toughest course while studying Forestry there, Calculus. Why it was felt this kind of knowledge... |

Lt. Campbell <salute> When was the picture taken? The last time I visited Gettysburg was before the NPS begin to restore the landscape there to its 1863 appearance. Where I was last standing near this location (1986) all I could see was second growth forest--no hint of the importance of the position... |

Another fun and fast one. 18 Turns. Slightly pro-CSA. USA initial forces, 6976 infantry, 10 guns. Reinforcements 1103 infantry, 6 guns. CSA initial forces, 6334 infantry, 4 guns. Reinforcements 3597, 0 guns. USA starts with barely a Minor Victory in good defensive terrain. Several remnant units and ... |

Short Scenario, 10 turns. USA forces: 7388 Infantry, 13 guns. CSA forces: 7967 Infantry, 4 guns. No reinforcements for either side. USA begins with Minor Victory. Scenario slightly favors USA due to VP lead, good defensive ground and fields of fire. Screenshot shows starting positions. Johnson's Res... |

Fun and fast, 15 turns. Slightly pro-CSA. USA strength 8,000, CSA 8000 Turn 1 rising to 10,000 Turn 2.
CSA can concentrate on the USA left where USA units are fixed. Forward USA units in the north need to fall back towards USA fixed units.

Two honorable candidates. No charges of Russian interference or voter fraud. No hours long waits at the polls. The election panel counted the votes and reported the results in our lifetimes. Bravo and thanks to all who participated in this. |

General Drummond <salute> The rules allow melee in column formation. Many have written that such action historically was very rare. However, as you know, assaults across bridges (at Antietam for example) occurred. In most of the games I have played, my opponent and I agree to use this house rule: -M... |
