Well, let's see????? Hmmmm! Posting the URL here seems to have done the trick and another way that might work is to contact the webmaster posted on the Link Express page. If you concentrate hard enough then I might be able to read your mind (but don't count on it cause I flunked that course just lik... |

"The Smoking room has been setup to post topics other then ACW and club related information. Here you can talk about anything to fellow members. Common courtesy is still required." Due to the purpose of the Smoking Room, moving the Cabinet post out of the MDT doesn't seem appropriate. Having it in t... |

Bless you, sir. I really had gotten tired of doing them a long time ago because the only way to do them under the previous record system was to manually scan the USA and CSA rosters to prepare a spreadsheet (what was on the previous record system wasn't downloadable). I passed them to others after d... |

I've found in the HPS games that when I have a routed unit stuck in a hex, that if I move another unit adjacent, then they are allowed to move into that hex and on their merry way. I haven't paid enough attention to notice if it only works when the adjacent unit is outside an enemy zone of control o... |

58 and I've not noticed a problem with younger players signing up as I've seen plenty of those young 40 somethings playing the games. Ernie, I'm surprised that you play. I served a tour in 'Nam and have zero interest in playing a game of it. Since you're old enough to have served in 'Nam, Korea, WWI... |

When the club sanctioned a Reb playing a Yank as being a battle even if the Reb is commanding the Yankees and the Yank is commanding the Rebels, then they eliminated most arguments for there to be point differentiation for maneuvers. Allowing maneuvers to earn as many points as battles could be a go... |

While playing a Campaign Gettysburg, our big battle didn't occur until the 7th or 8th scenario. For the big battle, all losses (infantry, cavalry, leaders, but don't know about artillery) were recouped and are available for the big battle. It scared the beedoodly out of me the first time that I saw ... |

I think that there are very few people who can answer your question. If you only play campaigns then there can be so many variants that you never play the exact same scenario variant twice, thus you have to play a lot in order to have a viable opinion. Almost the only way to ensure that you're playi... |

I thought that you wrestled gators for a living! We were glad to hear that you had made it through Katrina basically unscathed and it's good to hear that you now have some communications. We can wait as long as is necessary for turns. Barkeep, this man's bound to be thirsty. Put his first drink on m... |

Hey! Hey! Now let's be nice. Ted's backed himself into a hole just like a groundhog and every part of his line is fortified and in good terrain. Besides, ya'll said that the defense had no chance (couldn't swat a fly if I remember Ted's words correctly) and all that I had to do was walk up there and... |

Who is gcollins? There hasn't been a signature block on any of his eight posts to indicate whether he is Reb or Yank and there is nothing in his profile that gives even a hint of who he is or where he is from. The posts indicate that this ghost might contain some high intelligence. Who is this maske... |

As is usual, you guys are so full of bull that it ain't even funny. I just meleed (Campaign Gettysburg) six times and lost all six. One was 900 C quality troops with a leader meleeing 3** with a leader sitting in woods and my guys were thrown back. Another was 900 A quality troops with a leader mele... |

The ACWGC used to have many tournaments always underway at one time. Now they are few and far between. There are some great efforts out there including the Fight the War, Tessier, and First Historical but hardly none of the old army against army tournaments. I think that none of us have figured out ... |

First, the new VMI graduate in Case 1, IF found guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, should be required to accept a Major Defeat in the game at the number of turns played and should be required to notify all possible opponents for a period of one year that they have previously been found guilty of che... |
