Thank-you for those who responded.
I am now engaged in enough battles to keep me occupied for a while. |

Anyone have any idea how long it takes for JTS to respond to such questions? [It's now two weeks since I sent the query to them via their own website - I've also been checking my email spam folder just in case but it hasn't appeared there either.] |

Wonderful news for a relative newbie to the series like me.
This should allow me to expand from one game to the complete collection as an early Christmas gift to myself. |

I am available to play a Shenandoah scenario with someone from the Union. I am prompt in returning completed turns. I'm happy to negotiate on the scenario and rules although I would obviously prefer scenarios where there a reasonable chance of victory for either side. As I am new to the ACWGC and ha... |

As a new person to the ACWGC and the JTS Campaign series I would like to know more about the 'campaign' in each of the games. In the campaign you fight a series of battles and units in early battles often reappear in subsequent ones. My questions on this are: 1. Do the losses a unit suffers (or a pa... |

This proposal seems harsh to me. My view would be that troops were rarely fatigued by walking around the battlefield (although getting to the battlefield was a different matter). Most fatigue suffered in battlefield movements would be over-ridden by adrenaline. [Currently, routed units in the game s... |

I purchased Campaign Shenandoah a couple of weeks ago and was surprised to see the image that confronted me whenever it was the turn of the Union. Instead of one of the Generals present in the Valley, I was faced with the grisly countenance of W T Sherman. That's not right; I don't want to see that.... |

For me the definite preference is hard copy, a real book. I like something tangible for money I have spent. Second would be e-books. Useful for out-of-print titles that could not be found elsewhere as a real book (except at exorbitant prices or as poor copies). I value highly the ever expanding list... |
