It's done, Gen Mallory. Now I brought a few friends along for those free drinks. Do you want to set up tents and bring in more bar maids or have them file by the bar single file for their free drink? Listen up close, Boys, to what Gen Dee Dubya says cause he ain't the type to repeat hisself, repeat ...

Don't hold your breath since I ordered mine before the release date and haven't seen anything yet - but then I did pay extra with a request that it be delivered by Hooters Express. I wanted the memories to start even before I loaded it. Col Ned Simms 3/2/VI/AoS Blood 'n Guts hisself, a land lovin' p...

What are the procedures if any Cabinet member is unable to complete their term of office? Does the office remain vacant (highly not recommended), or who appoints an interim person to complete the term, or are special elections held? What are the procedures for replacing any Cabinet member who has di...

Most of my coworkers now avoid making any statements that will provide me with an opportunity to talk about it. They think that it is silly and wasteful and too complicated. They are correct, of course, but then they go home and play their Dungeons and Dragons or whatever it is that starts with a "D...

I was born and raised in Tennessee, was an engineering major at the Univ of Tennessee for 2.5 years but graduated from Columbia in Business (my loyalty is all Orange and White). I'm retired U.S. Army (1989), worked for 3 years as a Construction Supervisor/Contract Administrator on multi-million doll...

The Automated System (Auto Sys) always did the promotions to Col and below. The USA and CSA sides each did the posting of points to the Auto Sys differently. I can't speak to how the USA side did it but at the beginning of each calendar month all of the points obtained from End Game Reports were add...

I haven't made it to the Pennsylvania portion of the campaign yet so if I'm interpreting you correctly, then I haven't seen the 'main Gettysburg map'. I'm assuming that it is the map where the biggest armies of the Campaign Gettysburg are designed to meet. What territory does it cover? Col Ned Simms...

1. It’s all about span of control. If the span of control does not exceed five then no one in the club should be pressed excessively hard, with the exception of the ACs and CoAs who could use some staff officers to soften their load. At any level above BC, if someone doesn’t do their ‘job’, ...

I just have to play someone who has beaten the likes of Ian Rousell, Bob Weir, and many other highly respected commanders. How about BGN 20? I'll contact you tonight or tomorrow after I finish with the trapeze act. Your choice as to whether or not you want to make it a mirror game because it looks l...

It is quite common for me to see some of my units or my opponent's units not conduct defensive fire in a TS BG game. That applies to infantry, cavalry, and artillery.

You're right, Ted. It was in the Campaign folder although the scenarios in there don't have scenario names. I assume that I can see the Aldie scenario as 5_57.SCN although I didn't spend any time figuring out how to open it and thus verify that is it. Now my question is why is 5_Aldie, Var 4 listed ...

Dee Dubya! I don't believe that I've seen my name in the same paragraph with the word "innocence" since 3rd grade (and it should have stopped in the 1st grade along about the time that I got married). Actually I was wanting to know so that I could reference it when I filed the End Game Report. Rich,...
