(NOTE: Even though the following reply is not about ACW games, it does reply to the topic and deals with HPS campaign games.) Col. Thayer, Rich Hamilton and I started a Southern campaign in Campaign 1776. Not knowing much about that war, I read a little about that campaign and found that the America... |

Gentlemen, This exact thing HAS been incorporated in some of the HPS scenarios. If you see a 'Supply' hex, the owning side can trace supply to that hex to prevent being isolated. For instance, in some (if not all) of the Corinth scenarios, the Union has a Supply hex in the town of Corinth. In Paduca... |

Gentlemen, The documentation on HPS Corinth & Gettysburg (and I guess the others HPS games -- don't know) skips many ranges. The Battleground documentation used a table, with ranges. (I'm referring to the "Parameter Data" drop-down in the Help tab.) For example, in Corinth, a 32-pounder smoothbore s... |

General Smith, Does that solution use cookies to keep track of which items you have already read? If so, that wouldn't help me any since I tend to catch up on Tavern postings from three different machines--my machine at work (over lunch, boss!), my personal machine at home, and (occasionally) my wif... |

General Best, Sure, I'm still in. Any ideas on how the supreme commander of each side will be selected? And will there be a chance for subordinate officers to send comments/suggestions 'up the chain' (still limited by the die roll as to whether or not the courier arrives, of course). By the way, som... |

General Walter, A few years back, someone in the club organized a tournament and made custom scenarios for it. He modified the names of the officers in the OOB to match those of club officers. He even went one step further: He asked us to email in digital photos of ourselves, and he would use them a... |
