| An excellent question! How about something like they cannot make any offensive maneuver until they are no longer detached. Their effectiveness as observers is another issue. Maybe they should be required to move towards their own lines at maximum movement. |

| This award is the highest which can be bestowed on an ACWGC member. If there existed a higher award for service to the club, he would have earned it. | I loved Victory Games, "The Civil War" and wish it was available as PBEM. If you do or did too, please have a close look at WBTS, which is available online and supported here. It should have a bigger following than it does! |
