It is an ISP issue. Some ISP's (yours and mine) discriminate some emails from someother ISP's. I get several emails, with attachments every day. However, some emails, with and without attachments from SOME ISP's get blocked. I have narrowed my problem down to those emails from Italy (.it) and Spain ...

There are a couple of things for HPS, first. You tried this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324767 and it didn't solve the problem? This seems to be an error after updating to WINXP SP2. Also, run ad-aware or spybot to get rid of possible programs that delete that file. If the link doesn't work for you, search on Micro...
