The INI files need to be copied over, also. They are made when you install the BG games, except for BGC, which is a 32 bit program and ONLY it uses the registry (as far as I know). I have read accounts of batteries being captured and recaptured, within short periods of time. Also, when they could, the artillerymen spiked the guns, using whatever was handy.
