I am very sad to report that the most loyal, hard-working, and brilliant Colonel in our Army, Hampus Drott, has earned enough points to be promoted to Brigadier General. He has already sent a courier to my HQ asking about the Executive Bathroom privledges, a 401k, Medical Plans, and Time Off! It is clear that our beloved Hampus is becoming a General soon! It is rumored he has even stocked up on alcohol in anticipation of the big promotion and has began to grow a potbelly. It is, indeed, a sad day for our Army as we lose one of the finest junior officers in the history of the AotM. Let us all hope he will still be the same lovable young man we all know and love once he gets those stars on his shoul....

... I just got another note from him asking about an Expense Account and a Pay Raise.

Young Hampus will have to await confirmation by the Cabinet of his promotion so we will have to leave the champaign on ice for a few more weeks.

Well it fells good to finally get more pay, a better toilet and a new and shiny uniform!

Hope they approve my promotion fast!
