After a hard day of fighting, which lasted most of the night as well, we managed to gain a strong foothold on Cemetery Ridge. During the wee hours of the morning, we managed to reinforce our foothold with all our artillery. Come the light of day, we able to blast the Yankee dogs at point-blank-range. We inflicted so much damage that they capitulated at 6:20 this morning.

Drinks on me gentlemen!

What an interesting story, Sir! Who were you fighting? Elements of the Army of the Shenandoah?

Brig Gen FitzMaurice,
Kyle,

Well... I'm afraid you wouldn't have such a positive result if I gave it a try! Perhaps you'd like to enjoy your victory for awhile before enduring the woes of utter defeat again?

I am looking for a Confederate Officer to play an MP game using HPS Shiloh. Do you have that particular title? Do you have any experience with MP games? I've got Lt Colonel James Foster (AotM), Colonel C.N. Matthews & Major Givanni Boffi (both AoG) interested in playing but they need an experienced MP gamer to lead them into battle against my Division. I have General Doug Burke, General Phillip Roubaud, Lt Colonel Tim Simondson and myself as the Union team.

I thought about maybe picking a big Shiloh map and putting together a custom scenario with approximately equal forces on opposite map edges and then just going at it. But we would sure consider an existing scenario if one looks good to the group.

If you or anyone you know is interested... we'd sure be glad to have you! I can be reached at: gregorolinsky@yahoo.com
