Fellow Officers

Please tip your hat to General Barnard as he passes.....he is headed home on an extended Pass and we will surely miss him and look forward to his return....

But we must look forward as those dastardly yankees are still soiling our land
Gen Tony Beyersdorf has taken Command of the Division and will lead them to further victories and honors.....

All to the bar as General Strickler has passed out and will use utilize his bar tab :D

Gentlemen <salute>

I propose a little game since Colonel Olinsky enjoys "hanging" around the Confederate taverns so much. General Blake is the final authority on rules, and seeing how he's passed out I suppose anything goes.

It goes like this: we string Olinsky up from the rafters and each take turns with a stick attempting to hit him after each shot of whiskey. To encourage lots of drinking you get as many swings with the stick as number of shots downed before your turn. Nicodemus will work the rope, pulling Olinsky up and down while trying to prevent our officers from doing too much damage. I'm sure he will work dilligently at his assigned role

Who would like to go first?

Sir

Grand Idea.....

Let me be the first to offer you a drink and then I will follow behind you....

Gen Strickler doesnt have a "usual" table.....he has his usual place on the floor by the fire

Gentlemen,

Hey now! This sounds like a fun game! (After all, whose seen a Reb who can hit what he's aiming at?) Maybe the drinking will help!

But would someone please tell Nicodemus to go easy when he's lowering me down to the floor between shots? He's doing some incredible damage to my fancy plumed hat!

Colonel Olinsky <salute>

Suh, my apologies for the damage caused to your fancy hat. While we don't always appreciate Yankees, a fancy hat is something altogether different.

Nicodemus didn't quite understand his part in the game. After a brief conversation it turns out he believed his role was to pull you up to the rafters quickly, slamming your head into the ceiling. After downing a shot, he then lets go of the rope and sends you crashing to the floor to be whacked with the stick by whichever lucky officer has it in their possession.

You're right, it does sound like fun.

Suh, you're passed out by the fire. Didn't you get the memo?
