General McOmish <salute>
Suh, my compliments!
First my congratulations to Major General Reneau and Major General Vandergriff! Each are fine officers deserving of the responsibilities that come with higher rank, their first responisibility being to see that your glass doesn't run dry! Congratulations, gentlemen!
Finally, I'm am honored at being promoted to Lieutenant General. As always, I will serve the Confederate States Army to the best of my abilities and combat Yankee aggression wherever it may occur; here or on the battlefield
My first order as a Lieutenant General will be to acting Brevet Command Sergeant Major Nicodemus. He is now tasked with seeing that the remaining gold from the pockets of Colonel Olinsky is used to ensure that you will find the underside of the table at some point in the celebration. If the fund begins running a little short, we'll string the good colonel up again and raffle swings with the stick.
Your obedient servant,
