I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving in the US. We have so many officers from other countries, hopefully their time was good with families as well.

The holidays took their toll and dropped our muster rate to 76% and we probably still beat the pants off everyone else.

In the AoM it is a tradition to take December off from mustering. Go ahead and muster for January here.

Tim Miller won the outstanding bridage of the month. Michael Burns the Gallantry Award, and Joe Medeiros the purple heart.

I did not finish the battle records so have not looked at anniverseries or battle awards, although I noticed Klaus Huhlmann won his first manuever over his friend Sasha Marx. Congrats to Klaus, and Sasha for getting revenge, or vice versa.

We continue to dominate the fall offensive and western fireworks.

The 4th division is to be congratulated and supported as their mascot dominates the college football landscape. Beat those damn yanks Tony!

I hope you take time to enjoy the holidays with family and friends, and have some fun with your gaming.

2012 has been a good year for the AoM. We have added some great new officiers and have some of the finest experienced battle hands in the Confederacy. Tim Miller, Neal Hebert, and DW Mallory step up and go above the line of duty, and our outstanding division leaders worked hard as well.

Each officer is important, please check up on each other in the following months. Check on new officers, and experienced ones. Check on your yanks. Enjoy the holidays.

Then pull a flank manuever, raid some supply wagons, and capture a leader all in the spirit of giving.

Reporting for muster.

Playing one Shiloh battle vs Doug Shaw and two 4x4 MP battles. "Gator Advance" and "Gray Gator Revenge".

Besides, my friends Harry Haines, Dr. Klaus Kuhlmann, Joe Medeiros and I founded "The Gray Avengers". A multi-player team of the great Army of the Mississippi. Always looking for bold yankee teams.

I wish all of you great holidays and a good start for 2013.

General Garner <salute>

A wonderful Autumn for the Army of the Mississippi and their ongoing destruction of the Army of the Shenandoah in the "Fall Offensive".

Present for duty and maintaining a robust battle schedule, some of which I can't even remember until the turns come in

Gator MP Battles "Gator Oats, Gator Klebbe, and Gator Clash", a Gator MP Maneuver "Equal Gator", and individual battles against Colonel "Deano" Martin and Brigadier General David Elkin in progress.

Highest regards to the Army, and a Happy Holidays to all.
