I am honoured and indeed privileged to have been considered worthy of promotion within this fine Army, nay, the finest Army of the CSA.

I have dug deep in my satchel to provide the finest whiskey and havana's, the ladies are your own responsibility, afore I once again strike out to do battle with the enemy

Gentlemen, I give you the Army of Tennessee and it's fine commanders.

Let us now party long and hard, for after, there is much bloody work to be done.

If I were a Southern Belle I would be all of a flutter n fluster with all that praise lavished upon me However Suh, as I am not, suffice that I thank you profusely for your very kind comments. I did no more Suh than would be expected of a junior officer of this fine army. The fine Officers and gentlemen I have engaged with since joining have been most welcoming, outstandingly helpful and it is I who should grateful for being so warmly accepted into this fine club of like minded gentlemen.

For one so lowly Suh, I am honoured at your congratulations. I am presently engaged in the wilds of Mississippi and Tennessee, against our implacable foe, dem damned Yankees, Suh. I shall however upon return ensure that your gold will make for the Mother and Father of a wild night of wine, women, Tennessee whiskey and fine Havana's, with you Suh, in pride of place at the top table, where our glorious leader should be.

I have every confidence that the capacity of our fine Army Commander is such that if indeed he ends up under the table there shall be no member of his Army to observe such, as doubtless they shall all be long under their tables at that stage !
