Gentlemen, please join me in welcoming Major General Ed Blackburn back to the colours after a leave of absence. He hails from the East, but has decided that he was ready for the rough tough life out West. So gents step up to bar and raise our glasses to Ed, lets drink until it hurts and then push on through.
