Gentlemen,

This is to announce that Brigadier General William Treuting is hereby assigned to command the CSA Army of Tennessee (aka, the Army of the Mississippi), effective July 1 of this year. This allows a couple of weeks for General McOmish for transition.

A hearty cheer for General McOmish, on behalf of his years of selfless service to the Cause, and to General Treuting on his new assignment.

General Treuting <Salute> Sir,

Congratulations on your assignment as Army Commander of the Army of Tennessee. I have no doubt you will continue in the finest traditions, of your predecessor General McOmish, in leading us to victory and glory.

I propose a toast to Generals Treuting and McOmish, salute Sirs.

Men of Arkansas - Don Troiani

Brigadier General Treuting! <Salute>

Thank you for stepping forward and taking command of this fine army! Many years I've spent in the Western Theater and I'm glad to see another new generation of leaders in the club stepping up to command! :) Without a doubt honor will continue to shine down upon this great army's banners during your tenureship!

Brigadier General McOmish! <Salute>

The CSA & Club can't thank you enough for the 15 years of leadership service you've given to us! Including the last 6 years of dual Cabinet & Army Command services! You're a bedrock in the CSA and your humor is almost as legendary as your drinking....even the blue smurfs would agree to that! :D Now free of any paperwork burdens, you can really let loose upon 'those people'.

Drinks are on me! 8)

I've asked old Gener'l Tim Miller & his Salkehatchie Swamp Singers to play 'Everybody's Dixie' in both your honors! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qh9JECoBIY

Gentlemen, Sirs! <salute>

Congratulations to Cam on a well deserved break from Command. You have been a workhorse for many years and it is greatly appreciated by me and many others!

We look forward to great conquests from the Alabama State Volunteers Brigade!

General William Treuting, large shoes to fill but be your own self and have fun commanding the Army of Tennessee!

We stand ready to advance the Army to roust those people from up North!

Respectfully,

Your Obedient Servant,

General Nick Kunz
