Terry,

1. Log into the DoR
2. Select the Reports Section
3. At the Bottom Left of the Reports Section is ACWGC Muster
4. Click on it and enter a comment i.e "Mustered for Month" or whatever
5. Click on Submit Muster and you're done.

I normally do it in the first few days of each month and then it's outta the way.
