Gentlemen, Sirs! <salute>

I wish to recognize the IV Cavalry Division for their 100% Muster for the 3rd consecutive month, well done!

Under the command of Colonel Josef Seidl the division is made up of members from VMI Class of 2020 & 2021 and has only been activated since early December!
