Barkeep, please a mint julep to raise a toast to the Army of Northern Virginia and its newest cavalry Brigade Commander!

Welcome to the club and the Armies of the Confederacy. Unfortunately Fld Lt Houghtaling was found to be a very moral young man who does not drink so he was not given the option of going west to the fine Army of Tennessee :mrgreen:
